We are a team of experienced mental health clinicians.

We have established a new clinic with a focus on continued support of our current clients and expanding our practice in a welcoming new environment.

Our values

Client centred

We believe in collaborative care.

We work to help you reach your goals.

We value feedback about not only what we are doing well (we love that!) but also what we could do better.

It’s important that you have a positive experience.

Transparency

We provide evidence-based and best-practice approaches to your care.

We will explain our fees and why we believe the approach we are taking is the best option for your care.

Inclusiveness

We work to help minimise the stigma of neurodiversity, disability and mental ill health.

It is important to us that our clinic is as accessible as possible and we have designed our policies and physical layout to accommodate this.

We have a quieter waiting area, wheelchair and ambulant bathrooms, onsite disability parking, and minimal visual/auditory stimulus throughout the clinic.

Ethical practice

We adhere to ethical guidelines.

We do not tolerate bullying, aggression, intimidation or verbal/physical abuse from or towards our clients, employees, or clinicians.

Leadership

We are empathy- and integrity-driven.

We believe in accountability and meaningful change.

We encourage a culture of learning, evidenced-based interventions and seeking information from multiple perspectives.

We value people, respect, and instilling a sense of agency.

Clinician sustainability

We believe in practicing what we preach.

We support and promote work-life balance so that clinicians don’t burn out and are able to balance their workload with their personal and family lives.

Environment

We are adopting a paperless practice to reduce the amount of single-use products, paper and non-recyclable items we consume.

We strive to recycle, reduce and reuse to minimise our carbon footprint.

Humour

Mental health is a serious business - but appropriate use of humour is an important part of mental wellbeing.

We believe we are all slightly weird in our own special way. Embracing the lighter moments during therapy is just as important to us as supporting our clients through their times of greatest distress.

We provide personalised understanding to guide you on a journey of trust and transformation.
